"The 2022 Chablis Bougros Grand Cru has a well-defined bouquet of yellow flowers mixed with wet stone, with hints of wild mint emerging with time. The palate is well-balanced with sappy yellow fruit, lightly spiced with a touch of stem ginger towards the finish. It just needs a little more mineralité."
