Champagne “Liesse d`Harbonville” Brut
Ployez-Jacquemart’s Tête de Cuvée. Primary fermentation takes place in 225L casks (2nd and 3rd year). 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. No malolactic fermentation. Spends six months in the large casks, which imparts richness, structure and complexity, then spends more than 15 years in the cellar before being released.
