Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc

White Grenache 20% , Roussanne 20 %, Bourboulenc 20%, Clairette 20 % Picpoul 20%  It’s uncommon to find Bourboulenc in a Châteauneuf Blanc; Alexandre likes it in the blend because it tends to have lower alcohol than the other grapes, and brings acidity and balance to the wine. Fermentation and aging is primarily in stainless steel tanks and a small portion (15%) is fermented in barrels and a concrete egg.

"Based on equal parts Grenache Blanc, Picpoul Blanc, Bourboulenc, Roussanne, and Clairette from galets roulés, limestone, and brown soils, the 2024 Châteauneuf Du Pape Blanc offers pure, clean aromatics of white peach and orchard fruits with white flower and mineral nuances. Aged six months primarily in stainless steel with small portions in foudre and barrels, it's medium-bodied, very pure, clean, and balanced, with that classic Rhône white bitter almond nuance on the finish. It will shine on the dinner table over the coming 10-15 years"
