70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre from the oldest plots, 80-100 year old vines from Cabrieres (stoney plateau), Bois Dauphins (sandy), and Arnesque (galets river stones). The Grenache and Mourvedre are aged for 12 months in demi-muids and the Syrah is aged in barrels. Limited production, approximately 500 cases per year.
