From one of the most well-known sites in Chateauneuf-du-Pape, 100% Grenache from the famous Pignan parcel on sandy soils. The vines are 40 years-old. After sorting and only keeping the best fruit, the juice is slowly infused for 18 to 24 days with gentle punchdowns and pumpovers. Aged for 15 to 18 months in an oak foudre.
