A new estate Pinot Noir bottling from Jason and Molly Drew, composed from fruit grown in the three seafloor-derived soil types in their coastal Mendocino Ridge vineyard. The vineyard is certified organic. Fermented with native yeasts, 20% whole cluster, and matured in French oak (20% new) for 18-months before bottling.
