Cinsault 85%, Pais 8%, Malbec 5%, Carignan 2%. Sourced from multiple small vineyards from vines that average 65 years of age, grown in granite soils. Farmed lutte raisonée. After a 10-day cold soak, the wine was made in concrete; aged on the lees for 12 months and bottled lightly filtered.

"They have removed the Cariñena from the blend of the 2021 and therefore turned the 2021 Pour Ma Gueule Itata into a pure Itata wine produced with País and Cinsault from Guarilihue. It remains a gulpable and easy-to-drink red with 13.1% alcohol and a medium-bodied palate, balanced and clean. It was bottled after nine to 12 months in concrete with lees. 34,227 bottles produced. It was bottled in January 2022."
