RS: 65g/l, acid: 10.5g/l, Alc: 7.5 % Vol

From Evan: From biodynamically grown grapes with Respekt certification. Always a wild carnival ride, Clemens` Kabi from the grey slate cliffs of the Marienburg is a tightrope walk of acids and sugars which translates to an explosively flavorful, peach-driven, mineral-drenched, deeply pleasing wine.

From the estate: "The slopes of our site Pündericher Marienburg are south, southwest, and southeast facing. Like this the vines benefit from perfect sun exposure. The soil is dominated from weathered grey slate. The vines got planted between 1988 and 1990 they reached a good age by now, which we can taste and feel in the wines. The grapes for our Kabinett are coming from the highest elevation slopes. Like this the grapes become perfectly ripe, and healthy, without losing their animating acidity.
Flavor Profile:
The aromas on the nose are full of white flowers, ripe peaches, and lemon zest. On the palate the wine shows a brilliant dance between sweetness and acidity, which makes him incredibly lively. A smoky mineral character comes along with ripe yellow stone fruits, peach blossoms, and a juicy finish which is intense and elegant.
