Pinot Noir, Savigny les Beaune 1er cru Les Hauts Jarrons plot is located on a 0.4 ha terrace at an altitude of 280 m facing east. The soil is "Grèzes Litées", these are stony limestone sands resulting from the frost fraction of the last ice ages on the Beaune Limestone. This type of soil, quite rare in Burgundy, is both drainy and poor, and is characterized by a strong presence of active limestone. 20% whole cluster, no added sulfur.
