Sorella, which translates to "sister" in Italian, was named in honor of Chris Camarda's late sister, Jane Camarda. Produced exclusively from Champoux Vineyard fruit since its first vintage in 1994, Sorella showcases the character of the vineyard through Cabernet Sauvignon, one of Washington State's finest expressions of the variety.The wine was fermented with native yeasts and aged for 22 months in French oak (25% new, 75% neutral). Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
