Zinfandel from the organically farmed D'Agostini Shenandoah Vineyard in Plymouth, CA. The site is farmed by Daniel D'Agositini, who also grows lavender and a range of produce on the estate. The wine was fermented carbonically with whole clusters, and aged for one year in neutral French oak before bottling, unfined and unfiltered. A light and fresh take on Zinfandel.
