100% Mondeuse. Peillot has three hectares of this rustic Bugey variety. Many of the vines were planted in the early 2000's on the steep, rocky, clay-limestone scree of the village and cru of Montagnieu but some are up to 100 years old. They are all gobelet-trained in the local en echalas style....
