100% Sangiovese from organically farmed and manually-harvested vineyards with yields at 35 hl/ha. The wine was fermented in open-top stainless steel vats; malolactic took place in barrel. 90% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo, 5% Malvasia Nera, from their organically tended and manually harvested vineyards. Vinified and aged in unlined concrete vats.

100% Sangiovese from a single parcel, planted densely in bush vines with 10,000 plants per hectare.  Aged in 350L Burgundy barrels, one of them new. Only 5 barrels made.
