Pinot Noir "Fog-Eater"
'Fog-Eater' is a blend of two sites (Clow Ridge 85%, Faite De Mer Farm 15%) on the northwestern side of the Anderson Valley. The vineyards are brought together to express the unique cool climate characteristics of the area - where coastal forest conditions and cool fog penetrate the valley each morning during the growing season. The fruit is 100% destemmed, fermented with native yeasts, and barrel aged for eleven months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
