Ribolla Gialla from the biodynamically farmed Johan Vineyard in Van Duzer Corridor AVA. Johan is a notably cool and windy site planted on marine sedimentary soils, producing concentrated fruit with marked acidity. The Ribolla was direct-pressed after harvest, fermented and aged for 10 months in 228L neutral French oak barrels. Bottled unfined, unfiltered. 12.5% abv.
