Riesling from the dry-farmed and organically farmed Nemarniki Vineyard in Chehalem Mountains AVA. Nemarniki is a 6-acre site, planted at 800ft elevation on loess soils. The fruit was hand-harvested during the third week of October, direct pressed, and fermented in 500L puncheons and stainless steel. Bottled with a touch of residual sugar, 30ppm sulfur added.
