Elsa is 100% Sangiovese, coming from parts of the home vineyard but also a small parcel of 0.81 hectares, planted in 2004, just below Castelnuovo dell’Abate, in the southern part of the Montalcino appellation. Yields of 65 hl/ha. It is vinified in concrete with 15 days on the skins and then aged 14 months in 1600L Tava clay anfora.  3893 bottles and 120 magnums produced.
