Pinot Gris made in a ramato style, sourced from Heringer Vineyard in Clarksburg, planted along the Sacramento River on sandy alluvial soils. The vineyard is farmed using organic methods (currently in CCOF certification process), without the use of synthetic herbicides or pesticides. The grapes were fermented on skins until dry in open-top tanks, then aged in neutral French oak before being bottled in spring, unfined and unfiltered. 10.2% abv.
