100% Chardonnay. Vendangeur Masqué or “masked harvester” is the label for De Moor wines made from sourced fruit or rented vines.  Alice and Olivier make the wines in their home cellar in Courgis. In the 2024 vintage, they sourced grapes from a friend in the Mâconnais. The fruit is destemmed and gently pressed and fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. The wine goes through malo and is aged on its lees without bâtonnage in foudre. Bottled without filtration and with a small bit of sulfur.
