This hand-harvested, single-vineyard wine is 100% unfiltered and unfined Chenin Blanc from Tunuyan within the Uco Valley. The Villa Seca vineyard is roughly 12 hectares, planted in 1970 at an altitude of 3,300 feet, on alluvial soils. Aged 5 months on the lees.
This 100% hand harvested Semillon is from Chiqui Rodriguez, a single vineyard in Tupungato. Grapes are left whole cluster and macerated on the skins for 24 hours. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in concrete eggs for three months.
100% Malvasia from 90 year-old vines from El Zampal, in Tupungato; soils here are clay and sandy. Grapes are destemmed, macerated for 90 days and aged for six months in 225L French Oak Barrels.
50% Torrontes, 25% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Chardonnay grown at a high elevation vineyard (4265m). Vines are 13 years old, grown in Sandy/Alluvial soils. Co-Fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Organic made from indigenous yeasts.
