60% Tempranillo and 40% Garnacha blended from multiple parcels. Vinified seperately in order to get a fresh, and “fluid” wine. A mix of saignee and direct press.
A field blend of Tempranillo, Graciano, Garnacha, Mazuelo from five small plots in clay calcareous soils with overlaying sandstone. Fermented in 300L amphorae and aged in used barriques and the amphorae for one year.
