Cabernet Franc from North Ponderosa Vineyard, located outside of Nevada City in the Sierra Foothills. North Ponderosa is a CCOF certified organic site, planted on decomposed granite and clay soils at approximately 2,000 ft elevation. The fruit was direct-pressed and aged in neutral French oak for 12 months before bottling, unfined and unfiltered. 11.8% abv.
