Roussanne (46%), Chardonnay (32%), Pinot Gris (12%), and Sauvignon Blanc (10%) from the Ellsworth Home Vineyard in Penn Valley and Beyers Lane Vineyard in Grass Valley, both farmed by Bryn and Jeffrey. The Roussanne, Chardonnay, and Pinot Gris were direct-pressed, while the hand-destemmed Sauvignon Blanc was macerated for 30 days before pressing. The wine was aged in neutral French oak for 23 months before bottling, unfined and unfiltered. 11.5% abv.
