The 2024 Glou d’Etat is composed of 34% Valdiguié, 22% Gamay, 18% Cinsault, 18% Grenache, and 8% miscellaneous varieties, drawn from a range of vineyards across Northern California and coming together in a fresh, playful expression. This light-bodied red is made in an energetic, easygoing style. The wine undergoes carbonic maceration before being foot-crushed and left to finish fermentation with whole clusters, resulting in a lighter-drinking wine with fresh aromatics and a low-tannin profile. Best served with a slight chill. 11.8% abv.
