The 2025 rosé is composed of 100% Gamay, sourced from the high-elevation granite soils of Barsotti Vineyard in El Dorado, as well as a newer planting from Western Sonoma County. The grapes were whole-cluster pressed to stainless steel for native yeast fermentation and then rested in neutral puncheons before blending and bottling.
