The 2025 Pinot Gris is sourced from a single, organically farmed vineyard, planted in alluvial clay loam soils in the Suisun Valley, just southeast of Napa. The grapes were foot-stomped for a two-day wholecluster cold soak, contributing phenolic texture, soft tannins and a light pink hue. The juice was pressed and transferred to in a combination of neutral puncheon and stainless steel for a slow, cold native yeast fermentation, and rested in neutral puncheons and barrique for six months to preserve freshness and aromatics.
