"The NV (2025) Unlitro is bright, punchy and super expressive. A burst of red-toned fruit, spice, mint and tobacco opens first, perked up by nervy tannins that lend energy. Unlitro captures all the stylistic signatures of the estate. It also has the depth and overall structure to drink well for at least a handful of years. The blend is mostly Alicante Nero (Grenache), with dollops of Sangiovese, Mourvèdre and Alicante Bouschet. This is far from an easygoing, entry-level offering."
