This tiny production of Mencia comes from very old vines of the grape grown at very high altitude in Los Chacayes. After maceratiion - which lasts a week - the wine aged on its lees for 2 years in old French barrels.

A 50/50 blend of Marsanne and Roussanne, sourced from vines grown at 3600 feet elevation in Los Chacayes in the Uco Valley. The fruit is pressed after a week of skin contact, then fermented whole-cluster with native yeasts in concrete; aged 12 months on the lees in older oak under a veil of flor.

100% hand-harvested Monastrell(Mouverdre) from a single vineyard in the Los Chacayes IG within the Uco Valley. Fermented 100% whole-cluster with native yeasts, then aged 100% sur-lie in concrete for 6 months.
