70% Zweigelt, 15% Pinot Noir, 15% Saint Laurent from cool vineyards. Aged for two and a half years on the lees in the bottle. Disgorged in April 2016 with 7g/L dosage. Delicate and dry with a mineral backbone.

Zweigelt from Kamptal, Austria
A new experiment that came out quite well! 100% Zweigelt fermented and aged in a neutral Burgundy barrel with flor in the warm cellar. Harvested in September, then fermentation lasted a month. After the first month, the flor begins to develop. Then the wine was aged 5 months with the flor.
