50% Assyritiko, 50% Vidiano, co-fermented in stainless steel with 4 to 20 days on the skins, depending on the tank.  Aged for a short time in stainless steel, this wine goes beyond 'skin contact' into something properly looking, feeling, and acting orange, without losing its balance or place of origin.
