100% Muscat of Spina, a local variant of Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains, with its floral nose of rose petals, fleshy citrus fruit aromas, herbal hints, vibrant acidity and intense mouthfeel, is produced from vineyards at 500m altitude in the Alagni area of Central Crete.  Three harvests were made for optimal ripeness and aromatic balance.   13% of the grapes saw some skin contact for a day.  The rest was free-run juice.  Fermented and aged in stainless steel.
