73% Carignan, 14% Syrah, 10% Grenache Gris, 2% Valdiguié, and 1% Trousseau Noir. Broc's Love Red is an everyday California red wine made to showcase old heritage vines that consistently produce amazing fruit. This year’s bottling provides a subtle touch of tannin and structure to pair with food, while remaining light, fresh and easy drinking with a slight chill. The Carignan, Grenache Gris, and Valdiguié were naturally fermented as a mix of partially destemmed fruit and whole clusters, undergoing partial carbonic maceration in stainless steel. The Syrah and Trousseau were destemmed and fermented on skins for two weeks before pressing. All components were aged in a mix of neutral French oak barrique and stainless steel prior to bottling. 12.5% abv.
