The 2025 Love White is the first vintage produced entirely from Fox Hill fruit: 42% Vermentino, 31% Arneis, 13% Cortese, 7% Chenin, 3% Erbaluce, 2% Muscat, and 2% Picpoul. The blend has evolved over the years, while remaining rooted in its complexity, light aromatics, and lifted texture. This vintage leans on Vermentino and Arneis, with small additions of Erbaluce, Picpoul, and Orange Muscat, contributing inviting aromatics, bright acidity, and overall balance. The fruit was lightly foot-stomped for a short period of skin contact before pressing, then aged in a combination of neutral French oak barrique and stainless steel prior to bottling. 11.5% abv.
