Vermentino (56%), and Zibibbo (44%) from two organically farmed sited within the Applegate Valley sub-AVA of Rogue Valley in Southern Oregon: Cole Family (Zibibbo), and Four Diamonds (Vermentino). These Applegate Valley vineyards are higher in elevation than their Willamette Valley neighbors to the north, are planted on alluvial soils over granite bedrock, and experience warmer days during the growing season with cool evening temperatures. The fruit was direct pressed, racked, and fermented with ambient yeasts in stainless steel.The sugar levels are monitored closely before the tank is chilled and the wine is hand bottled under crown cap.
