Müller-Thurgau (33%), Riesling (32%), Pinot Gris (18%), and Gewürztraminer (17%) from four organically farmed vineyards in the Willamette Valley: Aurora, Anne Amie, Nemarniki, and Ponzi Estate. The fruit was destemmed and co-fermented on skins until dry (approximately three weeks), then pressed into neutral French oak for maturation before bottling, unfined and unfiltered.
