White Blend "Dazzles of Light"
Chardonnay 61%, Sauvignon Blanc 21%, Chenin Blanc 18%. The fruit for this blend was sourced from four vineyard sites; Layne (Applegate Valley), Dukes Family (Eola-Amity Hills), Chris James (Yamhill Carlton), and Abbey Rd. Farm (Yamhill Carlton). All fruit was direct pressed and settled for 24 hours in a chilled stainless steel tank before being racked to neutral oak barrels for primary fermentation and MLF. Minimal so2 addition before bottling, 13% abv.
