A refreshing, chillable red blend of 35% Grenache, 25% Cabernet Pfeffer, 22% Nero D’Avola, 13% Carignan, and 5% Syrah. The fruit comes from organically farmed vineyards across Northern California, including Broc Cellars’ Fox Hill Vineyard in Mendocino County. The varieties were all fermented and aged in a mix of stainless steel, concrete, and neutral French oak barrique before blending and bottling. 12% abv.
