Victoria's Negramoll in 2018 is an "island" wine. The grapes came from different plots from various altitudes, all from pie-franco, and 'rain-fed'. All plots ferment separately, with some stems, and are then blended. The wine aged under lees for 12 months in old sherry casks.

30% Macabeu, 30% Xarel.lo and 40% Parellada; second fermentation and aging is under cork. Aged 20 months on the lees in bottle. All riddling and disgorging is also done by hand. A blend of Romé Tinto, Garnacha, and Jaén, grown on slate, on very poor soils. Fermented with native yeasts in French oak eggs; aged one year in cement amphora.  

50% Syrah, 35% Grenache and 15% Mourvèdre. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Domaine la Montagnette has been practicing organic agriculture since 2003 and in 2019, they began the process to become certified. They will be officially Ecocert-certified with the 2022 vintage.
